Job Summary:

If you are a strong communicator, passionate about providing exceptional customer service, and have exceptional written and oral language skills, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries, requests, and needs in a courteous manner reflecting the company's values.
  • Support customers with modifying orders.
  • Educate customers on product availability, new product features and innovations.
  • Create and update accounts accurately.
  • Work with customers to create and modify orders, arrange deliveries and pickup.
  • Collaborate with the team proactively to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate with all departments, as well as any external partners.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluently bilingual (oral and written) in French.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or similar is an asset.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office. SAP, CRM, and/or ERP experience is an asset.
  • Experience in a B2B customer service role, specifically building materials or furnishings is an asset.
  • A passion for providing excellent service, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude with an ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize work to ensure deadlines and quality of service standards are met.
