Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients and customers, troubleshooting electronic systems, and performing test procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test and Evaluate Electronic Circuits and Systems: Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of electronic circuits and systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
  2. Provide Remote Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to clients and customers via remote means, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
  3. Troubleshoot Electronic Systems: Identify and resolve technical problems with electronic systems, using advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  4. Perform Test Procedures: Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of electronic systems and components to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  5. Develop Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in computer hardware, computer networks, and operating systems, and apply this knowledge to improve our technical support services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background: A degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Technology, or a related field is required.
  2. Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, computer networks, and operating systems is essential.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients and customers.
