Job Description

Job Title: Full-Time Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full-Time Sales Consultant to join our team at OSL Direct Services. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the sale of our full suite of residential products to customers who reside in apartment and condominium buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a variety of marketing strategies, including kiosk events, presentations, and face-to-face canvassing, to drive sales of our residential products.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with various building stakeholders to ensure our services are presented to all prospective residents.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
  • Use the Salesforce CRM system to assist with territory and funnel management.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets bi-weekly to increase commission earnings.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and people-oriented, with a passion for helping others.
  • Previous sales, customer service, and/or marketing experience an asset.
  • Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • A flexible full-time schedule that includes availability on evenings and weekends as required.
