About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Renewal by Andersen. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting in-home sales presentations, providing product demonstrations, and discussing custom quotes with homeowners in the greater Ottawa area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel and Sales Presentations: Travel to pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners, conduct sales presentations, and provide all necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.
  • Product Demonstrations: Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
  • Value-Based Selling: Follow a value-based selling process that embodies honesty and integrity.
  • Training and Meetings: Attend trainings and regular sales meetings to stay up-to-date on company products and sales strategies.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Travel Comfort: Be comfortable traveling up to 2.5 hours for appointments on a daily basis.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
  • Technical Skills: Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous outside sales experience is a plus.
  • Desire to Learn: Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  • Closing Skills: A strong desire and ability to close the sale.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Training and Coaching: Paid 9-week training with continued coaching and mentorship.
  • Commission Structure: Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning $150,000-$300,000+.
  • Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Insurance Package: Full insurance package including medical, dental, vision, and life.
  • RRSP and Student Loan Repayment: RRSP with employer percentage and student loan repayment program.
Schedule
  • Flexibility: Flexibility on a weekly basis.
  • Availability: Weekly evening and weekend availability required.
