Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers in their home decor choices, suggesting the best products for their needs
  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to every customer
  • Establish meaningful connections with customers to build lasting relationships
  • Process transactions, including purchases, exchanges, and returns
  • Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales
  • A genuine passion for interior decor and merchandising
  • Comfort with technology, including point-of-sale systems and iPads
  • A flexible schedule to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
