Job Summary:The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a welcoming work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Employee Support: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, and Indigenous people.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Language: English.
