Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at THE SNOWFLAKE DESIGN COMPANY LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Knowledge of diversity and cross-cultural training.
  • Ability to provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, youth, and Indigenous workers.
