Assistant Resident Manager

Realstar is a leading provider of property management services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and community engagement. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Resident Manager to join our team in New Westminster, BC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including grounds and common areas. This will involve working closely with our property management team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that our residents are satisfied with the service they receive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of properties, including grounds and common areas
  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct daily visual inspections of mechanical, HVAC, and sprinkler systems
  • Supervise service providers and contractors and oversee the quality of work performed

Requirements:

  • Background in residential property management or related business experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to perform minor repairs and aptitude for mechanical systems
