About the Leasing Specialist Opportunity

Resident Ambassador:

As our frontline liaison, build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for our residents.

Leasing Champion:

Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents. Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets. This involves working closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless leasing experience.

Operations Guru:

Collect payments, inspect the property, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage the leasing process, including showing apartments, processing applications, and onboarding new residents.
  • Collect rent payments, process maintenance requests, and perform property inspections.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve leasing targets and maintain a high level of occupancy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient with MS Office and SAP.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.
  • Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with effective negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driver abstract, and reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations.
