Restaurant Operations Manager

Caterina Restaurant Corp is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Proficient in MS Office and other restaurant management software.
