**Key Responsibilities:**

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our retail stores, ensuring seamless execution of our corporate standards. You will train your team members, analyze sales results, and implement strategies to boost sales.

You will also manage employee schedules, provide guidance on staff development and evaluation, and maintain open communication with the regional manager. Additionally, you will be expected to create an attractive store environment, stay informed about market trends, and foster strong relationships with customers.
