Occupational Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Analyst to join our team at National Employment and Consulting Inc. As an Occupational Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the HR department meets the organization's goals by coordinating activities, directing daily operations, and evaluating performance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate HR Activities: Work closely with the HR team to ensure all activities align with the organization's objectives.
- Direct Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion of tasks.
- Staff Supervision: Direct and supervise staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and identify areas for improvement.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with organizational goals.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
