Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will oversee the work protection team (Holders of Record) and ensure the effective implementation of work protection processes and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to the Work Protection Holder of Record and the work protection team.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of work protection processes and procedures applicable to the nuclear power plant.
- Oversee the review and approval of work protection permits, ensuring thorough assessments of work activities and appropriate controls are in place.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the nuclear power industry or a similar high-hazard environment.
- Certification as a Nuclear Work Protection Holder of Record (or equivalent) preferred.
