Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sootay Smoke and Convenience Store. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to management.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours per week.
