Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sootay Smoke and Convenience Store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory levels, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Organize and maintain store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Work closely with the store management team to achieve business objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
