Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the cash wrap and sales floor, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
  • Process shipments and transfers, verifying store information and communicating discrepancies to Store Management.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient stockroom, including offsite and remote warehouses.
  • Replenish sales floor and assigned zones, reacting to sell-through and making room for new product.
  • Manage stock levels and product ownership in back-of-house and sales floor, preparing and conducting regular cycle counts as directed.
  • Participate in store physical inventory counts, adhering to Company Loss Prevention standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, with mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and busy seasons.
