Job Summary:

The Applicant Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to applicants and clients, ensuring a seamless experience through various communication channels. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service support to applicants and clients via phone, email, or online chat.
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document and track customer support tickets using our customer support system.
  • Collect and evaluate relevant information to address inquiries and complaints.
  • Verify applicant information and ensure all required documents are attached to the customer's request/file.
  • Liaise with clients/applicants to gather necessary information for background verification.
  • Evaluate and prioritize issues, escalating as needed according to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Bilingualism in English and French (required).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-related role.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent typing ability.
