Westside Rebar LTD is seeking a highly skilled Director of Technology Management to lead our technology team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Assign and manage IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Operational Management: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire top talent to join our technology team.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Client Management: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
