Job Description

Westside Rebar LTD is seeking a highly skilled Director of Technology Management to lead our technology operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and a proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Project Management: Assign and manage IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit and manage a team of skilled IT professionals to support technology operations.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure compliance and security.
  • Product Development: Authorize the development of specifications for products or services to meet business needs.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and ensure prompt resolution to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in IT management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
