Banking Relationship Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Banking Relationship Specialist to join our Personal and Business Banking team. As a key player in building strong relationships with clients, you will be empowered to make a meaningful impact in their lives.
With a focus on fostering key relationships, understanding financial and personal goals, and providing tailored service, you will be instrumental in recommending the right products and solutions that drive client success. Your flexibility to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, is essential in delivering an exceptional client experience.
In this role, you will meet with clients to understand their priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide forward-looking financial plans. Using your knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection, you will help clients achieve their goals. You will also engage in marketing and outreach activities to deepen existing relationships and grow your network.
The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, motivated by achieving results, and dedicated to delivering excellence. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to build trust through respect and authenticity. Proficiency in technology, including mobile banking applications, is also essential in helping clients better manage their banking needs.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
