About the Role

We're seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in credit analysis and relationship management. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals in developing and delivering client-centric strategies that drive revenue growth and improve client experience. You'll also collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client-centric strategies that drive revenue growth and improve client experience.
  • Lead a team of professionals in credit analysis and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit quality, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis and relationship management in a financial institution.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and improving client experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
