Food Service Supervisor

Cobblestone Cafe is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for training staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a well-equipped team.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Team Leadership: Hire and manage food service staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and support.
