Food Service Supervisor

Cobblestone Cafe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and Develop Staff: Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food and beverages.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage a team of food service staff to ensure that our cafe is well-staffed and that our customers receive excellent service.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality and that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Prepare budgets and reports to ensure that our cafe is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure that our cafe is well-staffed and that our customers receive excellent service.

- 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a food service role is required.
- English Language Proficiency: English language proficiency is required.
