Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. o/a Boston Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Experience in a food service environment is an asset
  • Permanent employment with 30-44 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
