Food Service Supervisor

At ALBERTA INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the food and service we provide meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week
