Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Information Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at IT Minds Inc. in a permanent role.

Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktop applications, file management software, and communication software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
