Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Web Tech Pro. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Associate Computing Professional (ACP) certification.
  • Cisco certified network associate.
  • IBM Certification.
  • Network+ Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Unix, JavaOS, networking security, servers,.NET, C#, and C++.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
