Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts and contribute to the growth of our organization.

About the Role

This key position will focus on developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various positions within the company. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their recruitment needs, create targeted plans, and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including leveraging social media, professional networks, and industry connections. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand recruitment needs and define job requirements.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, including leveraging social media and professional networks.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for diverse roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
