The Role:

  • Create and empower a professional product management discipline, leading a multi-functional product team and contributing to the recruitment of experienced Product Managers and Designers.
  • Hire talented product managers who have shipped products at scale and managed them through their lifecycle, representing product management across the organization.
  • Set cross-company product management processes, ensuring VendorPM has proper mentoring and training to support new PMs and work with Directors to ensure the same for all product teams.
  • Develop and refine internal processes to maximize velocity & quality, delivering world-class UX, while building infrastructure to scale and at scale.
  • Pursue entrepreneurial and driven leadership, coaching high-performing teams who are motivated to do better and think bigger.
  • Drive product decisions based on user data, leveraging extensive experience in developing and implementing strong research and A/B testing principles and operating processes.

What We Offer:

  • A comprehensive health benefits package including medical care, dental and vision care, life insurance, etc., and a health spending account.
  • An estimated salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
