About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our Residential Financing department, you will play a crucial role in helping Personal Banking clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement residential financing strategies that meet the unique needs of our clients. This will involve working closely with internal partners to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with external real estate partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of mortgage credit solutions and financing products. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with changes in the mortgage market and continuously develop your knowledge of NBC's mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies that meet the unique needs of our clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Business development experience
  • Ability to work with business development objectives and a 100% commission-based salary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage different stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products
