Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Narang Law Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and provide general information to clients and the public.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
- Bookkeeping: Prepare invoices and bank deposits, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Capabilities: Sitting for long periods with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, creativity, efficiency, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, and positive attitude.
- Training: Will train the successful candidate.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
