Best Office Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and goals.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Education and Experience:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Language and Work Environment:
  • Fluent in English.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
