Warehouse Management Trainee Opportunity

At CB Canada, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Management Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in our comprehensive rotational management program, gaining hands-on experience in various warehouse functions, including inbound and outbound operations, inventory control, and quality control.
  • Develop and refine your leadership skills by leading and motivating others, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of our team.
  • Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications, ensuring your safety and the safety of your colleagues in the warehouse environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
