Compensation: $31 to $35 per hour
Position Overview
At CB Canada, we recognize the value of hard work and dedication. Our Warehouse Management Trainee program is designed to cultivate future leaders in our overnight operations.
Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our inbound and outbound overnight warehouse operations through an extensive 18-month Rotational Management Program.
- Engage in practical training across various departments including Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, and Inventory Control.
- Enhance your leadership capabilities by motivating and guiding team members.
- Achieve certifications for forklift and warehouse equipment during your rotations.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Ability to adapt quickly and excel in a dynamic overnight warehouse environment.
- High-energy, self-driven team player with strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Willingness to relocate to other CB Canada Warehouse locations as necessary.
