Logistics and Supply Chain Management Trainee
From $31 to $35 per hour

Position Overview

At CB Canada, we value dedication and hard work. As a Logistics and Supply Chain Management Trainee, you will embark on an 18-month Rotational Management Program designed to cultivate your skills in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
  • Engage in practical training across various departments including Freight, Returns, Receiving, and Inventory Control.
  • Enhance your leadership abilities by motivating and guiding team members.
  • Achieve certifications in forklift operation and other warehouse equipment during your rotations.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic warehouse environment.
  • High-energy, self-driven individual with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to relocate to different warehouse locations as necessary.
