Warehouse Management Trainee - Nights
Compensation: $31 to $35 per hour


Location: Edmonton Branch

Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of inbound and outbound overnight warehouse operations through an 18-month Rotational Management Program.
  • Engage in practical training across various departments including Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Parcels, LTL, Slotting, Transfers, Velocity, Inventory Control, Quality Control, and Maintenance.
  • Cultivate leadership and management skills by guiding and inspiring team members.
  • Obtain certifications for forklift and warehouse equipment during job rotations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Quick learner with the ability to excel in a dynamic overnight warehouse environment.
  • Energetic, self-driven team player capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Open to relocation to other warehouse locations as necessary.
