Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Trainee to join our team at CB Canada. As a Warehouse Operations Trainee, you will be responsible for mastering our inbound and outbound overnight warehouse operations through an 18-month Rotational Management Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in hands-on training in various warehouse departments, including UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Parcels, LTL, Slotting, Transfers, Velocity, Inventory Control, QC, and Maintenance.
  • Develop leadership and management skills by leading and motivating others in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout your job rotations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Will to relocate to another CB Canada warehouse location as needed.
