We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Estimator/Senior Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical estimating and project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The estimated salary for this position is CAD 90,000 - CAD 120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
2. Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the scope of work.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
4. Coordinate and manage all phases of electrical projects from inception to completion.
5. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
6. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
7. Prepare and present project status reports to clients and management.
8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management.
2. Experience with AutoCAD is mandatory.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
