We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in electrical estimating and project management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, incorporating labor, materials, and equipment costs.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the scope of work and ensure accurate project planning.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients through effective communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate and manage all phases of electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards by monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to clients and management, providing transparent project updates.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, guaranteeing successful project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
