Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical project coordination, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all phases of electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the scope of work, identifying potential risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and management, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project coordination, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience with AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, with the ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
