Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Heavenly Food Restaurant Ltd. as a key member of our culinary department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
    • Establish and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement efficient systems for food preparation, portion control, and inventory management.
    • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service skills.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other operational metrics.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
    • Ability to train and develop staff.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
