Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fourteen 14 Food Co. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and that we are consistently delivering excellent results.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our staff are working efficiently and effectively.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Fourteen 14 Food Co, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and to be flexible in your approach to work.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Language: English
- Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week
