We are seeking an experienced Office Services Coordinator to join our team at Ayman Soliman Medicine Professional Corp. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our office and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office and database software.
