We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at CMI Concierge & Security Inc.
Job Summary:The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of guests and staff, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
