Director, People and Culture

At March Networks, we strive to create a dynamic work environment where our employees can thrive. As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and executing engaging people programs for our global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that foster a positive culture, social engagement, and team development, driving employee experience and productivity.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to ensure alignment of vision, strategy, and plan execution.
  • Design and implement new talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent development strategies and plans.
  • Leverage HRMS tools to support planning, measurement, and reporting activities.
  • Develop programs and practices that support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Refine and develop people programs, including employee and career development, leader development, rewards and recognition, and compensation and benefits.
  • Build a high-performing People and Culture team through coaching, learning, and continuous support.
  • Evolving performance management to promote high performance, transparency, and alignment.
  • Provide advice and guidance on sensitive, confidential, and complex people issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and health and safety regulations across our operating geographies.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of HR experience with proven leadership experience in a multi-geography company.
  • University degree in human resources or related discipline and/or CHRP, CHRL, CHRE, SPHR, GPHR, or other HR international qualification.
  • Experience building a team and leading change.
  • Experience conceptualizing, recommending, and involving stakeholders in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Able to make effective, timely decisions while dealing with ambiguity.
  • Experience with the adoption and implementation of systems.
  • Strong skills in negotiating, coaching, influencing, and mobilizing others.
  • Sound knowledge of benefits, employment laws, and legal frameworks in Canada and the United States.
  • Ability to lead large volumes of work, institute metrics, and build programs based on insights.
  • Experience with M&A, particularly integration, would be beneficial.
  • Experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • Articulate with excellent presentation and written communication skills.
