Job Title: Director, People and Culture

At March Networks, we strive to create a dynamic work environment where our employees can thrive. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director, People and Culture will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging people programs that drive positive employee experiences and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic people programs that foster a culture of inclusivity, social engagement, and team development.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to understand business implications and develop people-related solutions.
  • Lead a high-performing team and oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a rewarding experience and promoting engagement.
  • Recommend and implement new talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent development strategies and plans.
  • Develop and refine people programs, including employee and career development, leader development, rewards & recognition, and compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and health & safety regulations across all operating geographies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on sensitive and complex people issues.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of HR experience with proven leadership experience in a multi-geography company.
  • University degree in human resources or related discipline and/or CHRP, CHRL, CHRE, SPHR, GPHR or other HR international qualification.
  • Experience building a team and leading change.
  • Strong skills in negotiating, coaching, influencing, and mobilizing others.
  • Sound knowledge of benefits, employment laws, and legal frameworks in Canada and the United States.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and lead large volumes of work.
