Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Director, People and Culture to lead our HR team and drive business results through people-related solutions. As a key leader, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and executing highly engaging people programs that promote a positive employee experience and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement People Programs: Recommend, develop, and implement programs and strategies that focus on building culture, social engagement, and team development to drive positive employee experience and productivity.
  • Align Vision and Strategy: Work closely with leaders to ensure alignment of vision, strategy, and plan execution.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Work with leaders to develop and implement new talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent development strategies and plans.
  • HRMS and Analytics: Leverage HRMS tools and capabilities to support planning, measurement, and reporting activities.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Develop programs, practices, and policies that support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • People Programs and Policies: Refine and/or develop people programs including employee and career development, leader development, rewards & recognition, and compensation and benefits.
  • Team Development: Develop a high-performing People & Culture team through coaching, learning, and continuous support.
  • Performance Management: Evolve performance management to promote high performance, transparency, and alignment.
  • Advisory Role: Act as an advisor to leadership by providing advice, guidance, and/or coaching on sensitive, confidential, and complex people issues.
  • Compliance and Integration: Ensure compliance across all operating geographies pertaining to employment law and health & safety, and provide advice and expertise to support the integration of acquired staff.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of HR experience with proven leadership experience in a multi-geography company.
  • Education and Qualifications: University degree in human resources or related discipline and/or CHRP, CHRL, CHRE, SPHR, GPHR, or other HR international qualification.
  • Skills and Experience: Experience building a team and leading change, conceptualizing, recommending, and involving stakeholders in the development of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, making effective, timely decisions while dealing with ambiguity, and leading large volumes of work.
