Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Create new recipes and menus that meet our quality standards.
  • Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, including special dishes for guests and functions.
  • Plan and execute menus that meet our quality and presentation standards.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a hot and cold kitchen environment, with frequent standing, walking, and bending. The ability to work in a physically demanding environment is essential.
