A&D Precision, Inc. is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to work on various products.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
  1. Assemble raw materials and custom fabricated parts according to specifications.
  2. Test and calibrate components to meet product standards.
  3. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units following work instructions.
  4. Read and interpret process blueprints, assembly drawings, and electrical schematics.
  5. Identify all components specified in the bill of materials.
  6. Familiarity with industry concepts and standard manufacturing tools is required.
  7. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to follow company policies and instructions.
  8. The selected individual will troubleshoot complex semiconductor fabrication equipment and sub-assemblies.
  9. Precision measurements are essential, and the ability to work within close tolerance is necessary.
Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience.

A salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year is expected, based on industry standards and location factors.
