As a seasoned Production Director at Ubisoft, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall direction and success of our game development projects. Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with the Producer and Creative Director to define the game's overall vision and project requirements, ensuring alignment with our development goals and objectives.
  2. Project Planning and Management: Develop and maintain a high-level project roadmap, timeline, and budget, identifying key milestones and deliverables to ensure project success.
  3. Team Leadership and Organization: Build and lead a high-performing production team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and communication channels to drive project progress and collaboration.
  4. Risk Management and Mitigation: Anticipate and identify potential risks and setbacks, developing proactive plans to overcome them and ensure project continuity.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring seamless information exchange and project progress.
  6. Progress Monitoring and Improvement: Regularly assess project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize processes, methods, and practices.
  7. Team Growth and Development: Create a supportive work environment that encourages growth, learning, and professional development among team members.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 7 years of experience in production management in the video game industry, with a strong understanding of development pipelines and project management methodologies.
  2. Education: A degree in Project Management or Business Administration, or relevant training and certifications.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence change and anticipate blockers.
  4. Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative mindset, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering a positive team culture.
